Registration for OSHCA 2001 is a simple three step process:

• Identify yourself
• Conference registration
• Payment

The conference fee is UK £50 payable by cheque, money order, debit card, or credit card. Payments by mail must be received by August 24, 2001. No refunds can be made, but substitutions are accepted.

A social event (buffet) is planned for the evening of September 6. There is an additional charge for this event of £15 plus a cash bar.

A limited number of rooms are available at a rate of £75 per night for this event at the Posthouse Hotel Kensington in central London. Please contact the academy office at the hotel to take advantage of the preferred rate:
